Use FiatEx
Buy and sell
Pay in native USDC. Review the quote and minimum output before your wallet submits the swap.
Buying through FiatEx
Open a token market, select Buy, and enter the native-USDC amount. The app simulates the route and shows the expected tokens and fees. Confirm the network, token address, and minimum output before signing.
Quote pair: native USDC → quote currency → token
USDC pair: native USDC → tokenA native-USDC buy needs one transaction and no token approval. Both hops settle atomically. If the route cannot complete or returns less than your minimum, the transaction reverts; gas can still be charged.
Leave native USDC for gas. Entering your entire wallet balance as the purchase amount can leave the transaction unfunded.
Selling and approvals
A sale follows the route in reverse and pays native USDC to the recipient. The router needs permission to transfer the tokens you sell. If the allowance is too small, approve the required amount, then submit the swap. With enough allowance, only the swap is needed.
The current interface does not promise a one-signature approval-and-sell flow. Wallet batching and Permit2 require separate integration checks on Arc. Buyback execution does not add an approval or signature to a buyer’s trade.
A quote can change before confirmation
The quote reflects a simulation at current state, not a reserved price. Another trade can move either pool before your transaction lands. Small currency pools can produce substantial price impact even when the token pool appears active.
Minimum output limits the total result of the route. The transaction deadline prevents execution after the chosen time. Increasing slippage allows a worse result; it does not make a failing market safe.
When a quote is unavailable, the app displays Not available rather than treating fees or output as zero. Wait for a usable quote and inspect the error before retrying.
Using another Uniswap v4 router
The pool hook accepts compatible external v4 routers and still collects creator tax and the platform fee. Exact-input and exact-output trades are supported. The fee is a pool rule, not a surcharge enforced only by the FiatEx website.
The official Uniswap app must support Arc, the hook, and a route to the pool before it can display or route a trade. A compatible contract does not guarantee an app listing. External routes can require different approvals and payment assets.
A separate pool created for the same token does not automatically inherit the FiatEx hook or its fees. Verify the pool as well as the token.
