A short reference for the words used in the app and these guides.
Markets and prices
Token / quote
In ANIME/fxJPY, ANIME is the token and fxJPY is the quote asset used to price and settle its pool trades. ANIME is an illustrative name here.
Starting market
The USDC or fx quote pool selected when a token launches.
Opening FX rate
The verified exchange-rate reference used once when an fx currency is created.
Market cap
Current supply multiplied by the current unit price. It is not the amount of USDC held by the pool.
Price impact
The change caused by the size of a trade relative to available liquidity.
Slippage limit
The execution tolerance represented by the minimum output you accept.
Liquidity, fees, and execution
Principal quote reserve
The quote amount represented by the launch position, separate from trading fees already removed or queued.
Bonding completion
A one-time record that the principal quote reserve reached a 3,000-USDC spot valuation.
Creator tax
The creator-set trading fee, capped at 15%, split between the creator wallet and optional buybacks.
Platform fee
The additional 1% token-pool trading fee paid to the FiatEx vault.
Zap router
The contract that combines the currency and token swaps into one native-USDC buy or sell route.
Hook
A contract called by Uniswap v4 during pool operations to enforce the pool’s additional rules.
Keeper
A process that pays gas to submit eligible permissionless buyback transactions.
Burn
An operation that reduces a holder’s token balance and ERC-20 total supply.
