Launch a token

Set the identity, starting market, and creator tax. The contract calculates the opening price.

Before you sign

You need an Arc-compatible EVM wallet and native USDC for gas. Creating a token does not require a separate currency deposit when you select an existing supported quote currency. Creating a new fx currency is a different transaction with its own deposit.

The creator is the wallet that submits the launch. That wallet receives the part of creator tax not allocated to buybacks. There is no setting to change the creator wallet, tax, buyback allocation, quote asset, or metadata URI after launch.

Fill in the launch form

  1. Enter the token name and ticker. Names allow up to 64 UTF-8 bytes. Tickers start with an uppercase letter and contain up to 12 uppercase letters or digits.
  2. Add an optional token image. If you upload it through FiatEx, approve public IPFS storage and wait for the metadata URI. Changing the name or ticker afterwards requires another metadata upload.
  3. Select USDC, cirBTC, EURC, MARCO, or a registered fx currency from the quote-currency list. Check the contract address, especially when more than one currency uses the same ticker.
  4. Set creator tax from 0% to 15%. FiatEx adds a 1% platform fee. Optionally reserve a share of your creator tax for buyback and burn.
  5. Review the pair and fee breakdown, accept the immutable terms, and submit the launch transaction. Wait for confirmation before sharing the token address.

How the opening price is set

Each token starts with one billion tokens and a target opening market cap of 100 USDC. That gives an opening price of approximately 0.0000001 USDC per token. Uniswap tick rounding can make the actual pool price slightly different.

For a non-USDC pair, the factory converts this price using the selected currency’s USDC bridge pool. It requires active bridge liquidity. It does not fetch an FX or issuer reference rate for every token launch.

Opening token price in USDC = 100 / 1,000,000,000
Opening token price in quote currency = USDC price / current USDC price of 1 quote token

The initial market cap is a pricing rule, not 100 USDC collected or a promise that the whole supply can be sold at that price.

What the launch transaction creates

The factory mints the initial supply and funds a one-sided Uniswap v4 position with tokens. Buyers add the quote asset as they trade. The creator does not receive a free token allocation; acquiring tokens requires buying them.

The factory holds the liquidity position permanently. There is no withdrawal, position-transfer, or upgrade function. Small amounts left by liquidity rounding do not become a withdrawable creator balance.

New listings may take a moment to appear while the indexer processes the receipt. A token name or symbol is not unique proof of identity. Share the contract address and the correct pair.
